What It Does

Traditional Servo stabilizers use motors to move carbon brushes, which causes wear and tear and has a slower reaction time.

The **Static Voltage Stabilizer** eliminates all moving parts. It uses high-frequency **IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)** power stages to regulate voltage electronically. This results in instantaneous correction and absolute silence.

How It Works

The system operates purely on power electronics (PWM Technology):

1. Digital Processing: A high-speed DSP (Digital Signal Processor) continuously samples the input voltage (20,000 times/sec).
2. PWM Generation: The processor generates Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals based on the required correction.
3. IGBT Switching: The IGBT power converter adds or subtracts voltage to the mains supply instantly.
4. Output Filter: An LC filter smooths the output to provide a pure, stable sine wave to the load.

Key Features & Benefits

Ultra-Fast Correction

Corrects voltage in microseconds (< 20ms), unlike servos which take seconds.

Silent Operation

No moving motors or brushes means zero noise and zero vibration.

Maintenance Free

Fit and forget. No carbon brushes to replace, no oil to change.

Compact Design

Much smaller and lighter footprint compared to traditional stabilizers.
