Isolation Transformer
The ultimate protection against electric shock and electrical noise. Provides total galvanic separation between the input grid and your sensitive load.
What It Does
Standard transformers often pass "dirty power" (spikes and noise) from the grid to your equipment.
An Isolation Transformer creates a physical barrier (Galvanic Isolation) between the source supply and the load. There is no direct electrical connection. Energy is transferred entirely through magnetic coupling, which blocks DC noise, ground loops, and electrical shocks.
Construction & Shielding
The secret lies in the special shielding:
Key Features
User Safety
Prevents electric shocks by isolating the load from the earth ground.
Eliminates Noise
Blocks "Common Mode Noise" which causes errors in CNCs and computers.
Ground Loop Protection
Solves "humming" issues in audio/video equipment by breaking ground loops.
Spike Suppression
The high isolation acts as a buffer against sudden voltage spikes.
