CVCF (Frequency Converter)
Constant Voltage Constant Frequency (CVCF) System. Simulates global grid conditions to operate or test electronics destined for USA (60Hz), Europe (50Hz), or Aviation (400Hz).
What It Does
Electrical standards differ globally. India uses 50Hz, while the USA and Saudi Arabia use 60Hz. Aircraft and Radar systems use 400Hz.
A **CVCF Converter** completely decouples the output from the input. It takes unstable, fluctuating grid power (any frequency) and generates a **pure sine wave** at a fixed Voltage and fixed Frequency. It acts as an infinite, perfect power source for testing labs.
Double Conversion Process
It works like a precision power plant in a box:
Key Features
400Hz Capability
Essential for testing avionics, radar, and military equipment on the ground.
Export Testing
Test your 60Hz machines (intended for USA export) right here in India.
Clean Power
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is less than 3%, ideal for lab instruments.
Adjustable Output
Some models allow variable frequency (45Hz - 400Hz) for R&D stress testing.
